This program is designed to train the high school readers -
- to capture precise detailed information in a short period of time, for example, in 1, 2 or 3 mins, subject to the length of materails chosen; and
- to comprehend and infer the meaning behind the lines; and
- to think independently and critically on "hard" social problems.
